Guidelines:

This contract is for one (1) shot attempt by one or more amateur players only. USGA Rules apply. Pin must be pulled. No practice putts or elimination rounds are allowed at the Target Hole prior to this putt, chip sand or circle shot. If an elimination contest is held to determine the finalist, the elimination round may not be at the Target Hole and may not exceed 25 feet in length. A raw unedited videotape of this event is required. Anyone who has ever been a professional is not eligible to compete or win.

During the Event

Witness
At least two witnesses must observe; one at the hole, and one at the spot the shot is taken from and be non-event participants, age 21 or over, and appointed by the tournament director. Tournament Director or club PGA Professional must observe each shot. A PGA club professional must also measure the required shot yardage.

Distance
The designated shot distance will measure from originating point to flag stick, at the attempt, no less than the specified footage.

Shots
A shot is defined as a "stroke" by the USGA Rules of Golf. Once the shot passes the target hole, it becomes ineligible. No practice shots allowed at any time. No coaching from the gallery allowed.

Eligible
A Hole-N-One shot must be holed as defined by the USGA Rules of Golf and must occur by an officially registered and qualified event contestant.

Video Taping ( $1,000,000, Putt, Chip and Sand Shots only)
The entire event must be video taped. The clean-unedited videotape must show each shot leaving the qualified contestant at contract distances, and dropping into cup at insured green. All shots must be on the same videotape for each qualified contestant, and must clearly show date and time shot(s) were taken. Failure to provide www.tee-signs.com with videotape, will result in automatic claim denial.
