Banner Material
- Banners are made with 13 oz. heavy duty reinforced banner material and are available in several standard colors. See below for available colors. Double-sided banners are made of 16 oz. material.

Optional Material
- 100% polyester & nylon. Call for Quote

Stitching
- All banners are double stitched around the perimeter with a double-lock stitching that increases the durability and improves the appearance of your banner.

Grommets
- Nickel grommets are placed every 2′ to 3′ apart across the top and bottom of banner. Grommets have inside diameter 3/8 inch and outside diameter outside diameter 5/8 inch.

Vinyl Banner Material Colors

We use 13oz vinyl material that is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Numbers indicate the closest Pantone (PMS) match.
Please note: Colors shown below are an approximation and will not display the same for every computer. Please use the PMS number located next to the color name as a proper reference for color. Specify pantone colors available upon request.

Artwork Submission and General Information

Double-sided banners are constructed of 16 oz. block-out material and are available in White, Black, Yellow, Forest Green, Reflex Blue, Red, and Orange.

Orders and Acknowledgments – All orders placed with The Tee-Signs Company are to be in writing and faxed along with a hard copy of the artwork layout. Our factory will then acknowledge your order within one business day with a faxed order confirmation. It is the responsibility of the distributor to review the order confirmation and inform us of any discrepancies.

Pricing – Pricing on this website is subject to change without notice. All prices are F.O.B Factory. It may be necessary to adjust pricing due to material cost. Efforts will be made by our sales staff to notify you of these changes.

Terms – Prepayment terms or Net 30 days with advanced credit approval. First time orders require pre-payment or credit card. We accept Mastercard and Visa, American Express and Discover.

Production – Standard production time on most orders is 1-3 business days from receipt of approved artwork.

Rush Service - Rush service is available. Additional charges will apply based on production schedule and difficulty of the project. Call for rush charge quote.

Shipping: Standard UPS Ground – Orders are normally shipped via UPS or FedEx. The Tee-Signs Company will exercise its best judgment in obtaining the most economical method of shipment. Drop shipments are available at no extra charge. Rush Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to invoice.

Artwork Requirements for Full Color Digital Graphics

For a close-as-possible PANTONE color match, we recommend artwork be prepared using the PANTONE Solid Coated Swatch library available in Adobe Illustrator or the CorelDraw Color Palette.
